Endless Events Town Hall

Our May Townhall focused on recapping the wins from May along with our June objectives to close out the quarter. As a remote company, we wanted to create a unique space for our team to come together and feel as if we were together in-person. EXVO made that feeling so real! Departments came to explore early, hold their morning huddles together, take pictures by the photo booth, and learn about upcoming podcasts and articles launching by exploring the booths throughout the venue.

Bring our team closer together than traditional town halls

It was so fun to have individual and group video conversations throughout the venue

The flexibility to move around the venue truly made it feel like you were not at your computer and were actually on the rooftop

Jamie on the Allseated team recommended we add a graphic space on the avatars for department badges and it was the cutest thing to see everyone wearing their different badges

The announcements feature made it so easy for our emcee to transition our guests to proceeding activities

We were immediately transported into our ideal setting (we wanted the end of spring-beginning of summer Town hall to take place outside). They could not have transported us to a more relaxing place than a beach rooftop in Riviera Maya!
